As of this moment (16/09/2020 10:00 BST) I’m seeing multiple reports and personal verification that Google My Business is missing photo reporting data in the Insights tab.
There may also be an issue with the “Popular Times” data showing.
The issue has been going on for at least 12 hours.
Presumably, this is a short term bug, and it should be fixed over the next few days.
